On the basis of observation, technically males of a species are more aesthetically pleasing and talented than the females of the species. Males have to bear the burden of pleasing a female while competing with numerous other males, thus they'll definitely have better talents in their arsenal. While there's no such need for a female because genetically males are going to be attracted to them.

Now, human females are found sexually attractive by human males and the females of this species take quite a lot pride in this. However, they should know, just as a human finds a peacock more attractive than a peahen, a lion more attractive than a lioness, it's natural that for any species with adequate cognitive abilities, will find a human male much more attractive and talented than the female of the same species.

So the human females are attractive only for human males. Whilst the human males are the beautiful ones for rest of the zoological inhabitants of Earth.
