Hardwork

I don't understand why forced hardwork has been normalised. "It's worth it." "The pain will pay off." Why does it have to be this way? Everything can be learned in a satisfying way but we are stuck in this rotten way of learning. The reason is simple. The system values such people. It's a system to uplift people who chose to learn the way the system deems correct and not otherwise.
